Tag Name Tag Description
ai aggression detected If the contact becomes aggressive or frustrated with the AI this tag will be applied and the AI disabled for this contact.
ai appointment booked The AI has booked an appointment.
ai booking error The AI tried to book an appointment but there was a technical error that prevented the process.
ai bot detected If the AI detects it is talking with another bot, this tag is applied and the AI disabled for this contact.
ai initialization failure For campaigns using the AI on contact registration, if the AI fails to initialize this tag is applied and AI is disabled for this contact. DRIVE contains static email/sms automations as a fallback so contacts still receive campaigns information and nurture.
ai off Applied when the AI is turned off for a contact.
ai on Applied when the AI is turned on for a contact.
appointment booked Applied when an appointment is booked.
appointment cancelled Applied when an appointment is cancelled.
appointment confirmed Applied when a contact confirms their attendance at a scheduled appointment.
appointment no show Applied when a user indicates a contact no-showed an appointment by using the Opportunities tab.
appointment requested When the AI is set to "get preferred dates and times" instead of "ai does full booking", upon a contact providing their available dates and times for an appointment, this tag is applied.
appointment reschedule When a contact is asked to confirm their attendance at an appointment and indicates they need to reschedule.
client closed Applied when a contact becomes a client.
client lost Applied when a contact is lost as a lead.
dq Indicates contact failed prequalification questions and was a denied an appointment.
drive staff Used to indicate the contact is a Next Level DRIVE or Next Level Advisors staff member.
event cancelled Applied when a contact indicates they will not attending a previously scheduled event like a webinar or seminar.
event confirmed Applied when a contact indicates they will attend an event like a seminar or webinar.
event reschedule Applied when a contact is asked to confirm their event attendance, but they indicate they will not make it but want to schedule for a different date.
invited guest Indicates contact is an invited guest of another contact.
imported client Tag is applied to current clients (not leads) that were imported into DRIVE.

waitlist Occurs when a contact attempts to register for an event, but the spots available is less than the number of people registering.
sms ltn Use tag to enable SMS long term nurture with contact. Must have upcoming sms long term nurture content in the SMS Outbound Google Spreadsheet.
sms ltn hold Tag is added to contact when 'sms ltn' tag cannot load additional text messages. Remove 'sms ltn' tag when applied.
sms intro Adds contact to an SMS intro sequence to introduce business and new phone number. Only sends intro SMS.
sms intro ltn Adds contact to an SMS intro sequence to introduce business and new phone number. Then waits 7 days, then adds contact to sms ltn workflow for ongoing nurture.
